What we store about you
This page lists the data this server keeps about an account and what it is used for.
Your account
- E-mail address, full name, and the company and phone number if you gave them.
- Your password, as a one-way hash. It cannot be read back, by us or anyone else.
- Whether you agreed to newsletters and notices of new builds. You can change that on your account page.
Your computers
- For each computer on which you logged in to AirFrame: its name, and when it was last used. Your password is not stored on your computer; AirFrame keeps a token there that you can end from your account page.
What AirFrame reports when a task runs
- The type of analysis, the build of the program, whether the task ended with an error, its run time and the size of the model (number of unknowns or panels).
- The processor model, the operating system version and the amount of memory of the computer.
Your models, their geometry, file names and results are never sent. This data is used to grant licenses, to see which features are used and how they perform, and to find errors.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account on your account page. That removes the account, its licenses, the list of computers and everything AirFrame reported for it.
